Failure to disclose your full product range could mean that you are asked to move after you have set-up. Pre-approval on menus and prices will be necessary at the time of booking. All servers must be in some form of medieval costume or England's Medieval Festival T-shirt. Three T-shirts per concession will be supplied, with additional shirts available for £5.00 each.

Bookings:
The cost for a concession is £900.00 payable in full upon application. VAT is not charged for this concession. Booking can be done online with a credit card or by mailed cheque . This entitles the concessionaire to have one unit on site for all three days.
